In 1994, Armond Cassil and it’s related companies were awarded it first mass transit project to work for the Washington Area Metropolitan Authority, ‘WMATA’. This project covered 38,500 track feet of ballasted track and included direct fixation and special track work.

This project was completed in the Spring of 1996, ahead of schedule. Because of the tremendous success of this project, we will aggressively seek additional mass transit work in the upcoming year.
